RULES FOR PURCHASE AND SALE OF GOODS
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legal document binding on the Parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Parties when purchasing Goods from the Seller in the e-shop www.eshop.autosmilga.lt (hereinafter - eShop). In accordance with the procedure established in these Rules, the Seller undertakes to deliver and the Buyer to pay and accept the Goods ordered in the eShop.
1.2 Before registering the Buyer's Account and starting to use the eShop (the first order), the Buyer must read these Rules and agree to abide by them. If the Buyer does not agree to comply with these Rules, the Buyer's Account will not be registered and the Buyer will not be able to use the eShop.
1.3 Capitalized terms in these Rules have the following meanings:
Goods - tangible items that are offered for purchase to the Buyer through the eShop administered by the Seller.
Seller - Selling goods and E-mail. administering and supervising the store UAB Autosmilga, legal entity code 302834658, VAT payer code LT100007128218, address Katkų str. 33, LT-35101, Panevėžys. Data about the Seller is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities.
Buyer - a natural or legal person who uses the eShop and purchases Goods there.
Account - the result of the Buyer's registration in the eShop, which creates a personal section of the Buyer in the eShop that protects his personal data, messages and order history.
Personal data - any information collected by the Seller about the Buyer or his representative (natural person) as defined in 2016. April 27 Article 4 (1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Parties - Seller and Buyer.
1.4 The Purchase - Sale Agreement for the purchase of a specific Product shall be deemed concluded from the moment when the Buyer registered in the eShop has selected the Goods (formed their shopping cart) and specified the delivery method, confirms the Order of Goods and pays the price of the ordered Goods in accordance with these Rules.
1.5 The Seller processes the Buyer's Personal Data in accordance with the privacy policy approved by the Seller. The personal data protection and privacy policy contains important provisions of the Rules, so the Buyer must read them carefully and be sure that all the provisions of the Privacy Policy are understandable and acceptable to him.
1.6 These Rules have been prepared in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Lithuania, and the 2001 Law of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. June 11 by resolution no. 697 “On the Approval of the Retail Trade Rules” approved retail regulations in accordance with other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as established good business practice for the purchase and sale of goods. If any provision of these Rules contradicts the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania or becomes invalid in whole or in part for any reason, it shall not invalidate the remaining provisions of the Rules.
1.7 The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Rules at any time. Buyers are informed about changes in the Rules in the eShop. Changes to the rules take effect after their publication in the eShop. When the Buyer makes a purchase in the eShop, the version of the Rules valid at the time of order confirmation of the Product shall apply. The Buyer must act with care and must check the applicable Rules before ordering the Goods.
GOODS, THEIR PRICE AND PROCEDURES FOR PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
2.1 All information about the Product, its price and additional costs (if any), the manufacturer's warranty period applicable to the Product (if any) and other features of the Product are indicated in the descriptions of the Goods provided in the eShop. The photos of the Goods presented in the eShop are for illustrative purposes only and the appearance or related features of the Goods in them may look different from reality due to their visual features. When ordering the Product, the Buyer should in all cases follow the description of the Product specified in the eShop.
2.2 The price of the Product in the eShop is indicated in euros, including the amount of VAT and other taxes in force at that time according to the legislation (if applicable), as well as the discount applied to the price of the Product (if applicable).
2.3 The Seller confirms the order of the Goods to the Buyer by e-mail specified in his Account. by post after the Buyer pays the price of the ordered Goods by payment card, electronic banking means, other methods specified in the eShop and the relevant instructions provided during the order.
2.4 By approving the Rules, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the Seller may not confirm the order of the Product or cancel and cancel the confirmed order of the Product, if due to the information system of the e-Store
